Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern access to strandsandbeds.com and purchases from Strands & Beds. By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction or use the service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. My Crown and Crown Rewards
Crown Rewards, points, status levels, discounts, benefits, and promotional offers are provided at our discretion subject to applicable law. We may establish, modify, suspend, or discontinue program rules prospectively. Points have no cash value unless expressly required by law, are not transferable, and may be adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, or order cancellation. We will not retroactively take away a benefit already lawfully earned and redeemed except to correct error, fraud, or abuse.
Promotions and discounts
Promotions may have eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, quantity limits, and restrictions on combining offers. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms prospectively. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
